Associate Attorney

A nationally recognized law firm with a premier construction and infrastructure practice is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its Miami office. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about litigation and interested in developing a sophisticated construction law practice within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Manage and support all phases of litigation and dispute resolution matters. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, briefs, and legal memoranda. Conduct legal research and analysis on complex construction and commercial issues. Participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances. Assist with contract review, risk management, and dispute avoidance strategies. Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients on case strategy and business objectives. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and practical legal counsel. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active membership in the Florida Bar (or ability to obtain admission promptly). 2+ years of litigation experience preferred. Experience in construction law, commercial litigation, government contracts, or related practice areas is a plus. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
