At ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine in Florence, you'll work alongside board-certified orthopedic and sports specialists at a practice that hosts an accredited orthopedic residency through MUSC. Our Schedule Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:45pm Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm Full-time hours you can count on: no slow weeks, no cut schedules A Great Fit If You Are A new graduate looking for mentorship and a strong clinical foundation An experienced PTA ready to plant roots in a community-focused practice A clinician motivated to build a niche on a collaborative team What You'll Do Deliver and progress interventions per the PT's plan of care Build strong patient relationships that promote attendance and engagement Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention Complete accurate, timely, and defensible EMR documentation within PTA scope Communicate changes in patient status promptly to the supervising PT Mentor student PTAs and attend 2 community events per year What Makes You Successful Here You believe in the transformative power of physical therapy You communicate clearly, confidently, and compassionately You stay organized and detail-oriented in a busy clinic You balance fun and empathy with strong clinical reasoning Requirements Licensed PTA in South Carolina or a compact state (or upcoming graduate) Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients throughout the day Performance Expectations Once onboarded, you'll work toward: Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 90 or above 1.333 visits per hour or above (typically 12-13 patients in a 9-hour day) Accurate, timely, and defensible documentation Why ProMotion?
