As we continue expanding in the Raleigh market, we’re looking for motivated, growth-minded individuals who want to develop their skills in sales, marketing, leadership, and business management.

Our Management Training Program is designed to provide practical experience across multiple areas of our business, helping individuals build a strong foundation for future leadership opportunities.

What You’ll Learn

Our cross-training program provides exposure to four key areas of business:

1. Sales & Marketing

• Learn face-to-face marketing, customer engagement, and client campaign execution.
• Develop communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Gain hands-on experience representing established brands and nonprofit organizations.

2. Leadership Development

• Build teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Learn recruitment, team development, and training fundamentals.
• Develop the ability to motivate others and contribute to team performance.

3. Administration & Operations

• Gain exposure to daily business operations and organizational processes.
• Learn the fundamentals of scheduling, reporting, and campaign coordination.
• Understand how different business functions work together to achieve shared goals.

4. Management & Business Development

• Develop an understanding of team performance, goal setting, and business growth.
• Gain experience supporting team development and operational efficiency.
• Build the skills needed to pursue future leadership and management opportunities as the business grows.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re interested in individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and grow through hands-on experience. Previous management experience is not required.

• Work Arrangement: Fully onsite and in-person; remote and hybrid options are not available.
