Veterinary Practice Manager Employment type: Full‑time. Pay range: $63,822 – $92,187 annually. This posting will remain open for a minimum of two weeks from the posting date. Job Purpose Partnering with the chief of staff, the Practice Manager oversees day‑to‑day hospital operations, enabling the medical team to focus on delivering high‑quality veterinary care. Leverage practice‑management expertise to drive business results and lead associates, fostering an engaging team environment. Responsibilities Educate associates on Banfield guidelines and practices. Budget and plan for the hospital’s financial performance. Support daily operations and staff. Schedule associates, coordinate time off, and manage continuing education needs. Interview, hire, and develop associates. Evaluate hospital processes, progress, and productivity. Train associates on Optimum Wellness Plans®, preventive care, and client education. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and experience acceptable. Experience: Three years of related experience in health care, veterinary, or service industry, including direct supervisory responsibilities.
