Key Responsibilities

• Treat patients through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist
• Record patients' progress accurately and thoroughly following each treatment session
• Report treatment results and patient progress to the supervising physical therapist
• Contribute to personalized care plans aligned with each patient's individual goals and needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of PTA experience required
• Active Texas state license or compact license required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a long term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary therapy team
