In this role, youll prospect and write new commercial accounts with established businesses across a wide range of industries. The accounts you target will typically be 3 or more years in operation with at least 5 employees, and between $20K and $400K in premium. Youll have the backing of an experienced service team, strong carrier relationships, and the tools and resources to compete for and win accounts at a high level. This isnt a role where youre figuring things out on your own; youll be supported by people who know how to move fast, solve problems, and get deals across the finish line. Were looking for someone who brings the same energy and holds themselves to the same standard. Youll be calling on owners, CEOs, CFOs, and controllers: seasoned executives who evaluate vendors and advisors quickly and expect a high level of professionalism and expertise from the first conversation.
