We are backed by world-class investors and continue to pursue platform and add-on acquisitions at pace. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Vice President of Private Equity. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the full M&A lifecycle—from diligence through integration—and spearhead value-creation initiatives across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities that align with CSC Generation's sector focus and long-term objectives. What you get to do every day: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and refine CSC Generation's dM&A strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and growth targets. Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including target identification, operational and financial due diligence, valuation analysis, negotiation, and integration planning. Negotiate LOIs, purchase agreements, financing structures and closing documentation Lead post-acquisition operational integration, including aligning systems and processes, driving synergy realization, and implementing performance tracking across acquired portfolio companies Collaborate with operational teams to develop and execute post-merger integration plans, ensuring seamless transition and realization of synergies. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and potential investment opportunities within CSC’s sectors fo focus Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, investors, and potential partners. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. What you bring to the role: Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with a proven track record of executing complex M&A transactions and strategic partnerships. Deep understanding of the retail and consumer industries, with experience evaluating market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities. Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
