Dental Lab Technician (Dentures)

We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Dental Lab Technician opportunity specializing in denture fabrication at NDX H&O Dental Laboratory in Manchester, NH. The regular hours for this position are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist Removable prosthetics knowledge required Processing, Finishing or Waxing dentures and partials preferred Implant knowledge is a plus All other duties as assigned Skills And Abilities Required Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity Detail oriented Minimum Education And Experience Required Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: 1-3 years in a dental laboratory denture fabrication department Hazardous Materials Or Equipment Used Wet grinders Hand-pieces Coping Saws Bard Parker Knives Steamers Acetone Die-Separator Accelerator Glue Die-Hardener Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions Read and interpret prescriptions and other required documentation Ability to effectively communicate technical information Vision capabilities: depth perception, attention to detail, and/or color #J-18808-Ljbffr
