As a Process Engineer, you'll play a key role in optimizing production processes, enhancing product quality, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class manufacturing performance.Position SummaryThe Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and controlling manufacturing processes to consistently meet customer and business requirements. Using statistical methods, advanced process control tools, and proven continuous improvement methodologies, this role ensures processes are stable, capable, and efficient.This is a first-shift position; however, flexibility is required to support production needs and improvement initiatives.What You'll DoOptimize and control process parameters to minimize variation and improve capabilityAnalyze manufacturing and quality data to identify issues, root causes, and improvement opportunitiesDevelop and implement corrective actions that improve safety, quality, cost, and deliveryLead or support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events and Six Sigma projectsCollaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineering, and Operations teams to improve performanceDrive equipment and system performance improvements from baseline to best-in-classSupport new product introductions by ensuring robust and capable processesCoach and train operators and technical teams on process understanding and best practicesManage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentSupport Manufacturing Business Plan objectives and strategic initiativesWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline3–5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong understanding of process engineering and project management fundamentalsExperience using statistical tools to analyze data and reduce process variationWorking knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologiesSix Sigma Green or Black Belt certification (preferred)Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work effectively across teams and influence without authorityProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage priorities, and solve problemsWhy You'll Love This RoleThis role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact on manufacturing performance, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
