Part Time Cashier/Receptionist - Raceway Kia Freehold

Location: Freehold, NJ Position: Cashier/Receptionist Company: Raceway Kia Freehold Hours: Monday & Tuesday morning shift 8am-3pm and Thursday evening shift 3pm-8pm Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for customer service? Raceway Kia Freehold, a top automotive dealership in the tri-state area, is seeking a dedicated Cashier/Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to a positive customer experience, we'd love to have you on our team! Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming and professional first impression. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and connecting them with the appropriate department. Process payments for vehicle purchases, service transactions, and parts sales, accurately handling cash, credit cards, and checks. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects the dealership's professional image. Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records. Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks and customer interactions. Qualifications: Previous experience as a cashier, receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and securely. Proficient in using basic office software and dealership management systems. A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required.
