This is an onsite role based near Rochester, MI, and will extend through June 2027.

You’ll partner closely with school staff, administrators, and families to make a measurable difference in students' lives.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Current Michigan state licensure as a Social Worker
• Demonstrated experience working with K–12 students in a school setting
• Depth of clinical assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven collaborator in multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on student success

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver social-emotional support to general and special education students
• Serve as the 504 Plan Coordinator, ensuring students receive appropriate accommodations and services
• Lead behavioral interventions and crisis response alongside school professionals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to tailor support for diverse student needs
• Document interventions, maintain compliance, and contribute to effective student support plans
