Job Description Job Description Insurance & Treatment Coordinator (Bilingual – Spanish/English REQUIRED, DONT APPLY IF NOT BILINGUAL) Location: Lake Worth, FL Schedule: 25–35 hours per week Compensation: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience plus commissions. Position Summary We are hiring a bilingual Insurance & Treatment Coordinator to help patients understand and accept their treatment plans. You will play a key role in ensuring patients feel confident and cared for, while helping maintain a productive schedule and excellent patient experience. Important: Full fluency in Spanish and English is 100% required. Applications that do not meet this requirement will be automatically dismissed. Key Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans in a professional, caring, and effective way. Clearly explain dental insurance benefits (verification is handled by another team member). Support treatment acceptance using a consultative, trust-building approach. Follow up with patients who have pending treatment. Keep the schedule full and organized by reactivating and confirming patients. Answer incoming calls and handle new patient inquiries using the GREAT Call® process. Work closely with the clinical and front office team to ensure a smooth patient journey. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office (required). Fully bilingual: fluent in both Spanish and English (required). Strong knowledge of dental insurance (especially PPO plans). Experience explaining treatment plans and helping patients commit to care. Excellent communication skills and confident, warm phone presence. Dentrix experience is a plus. Additional Notes Candidates will be required to complete a DISC behavioral assessment before hiring.
