Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in Rochester, NH at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Ability to document care using electronic medical records. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with restorative nursing programs and fall prevention initiatives preferred. Assignment Details Shift Hours: 0800-1630. Work Pattern: 5x8. Guaranteed weekly hours: 35. Contract type: travel assignment requiring work at the assigned skilled nursing facility. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
