The Production Coordinator IV coordinates the daily production activities of a production team including job assignment and rotation to achieve production schedules and maintain quality standards.

• Scheduling and assigning jobs to the production team.
• Keeping production team accountable to reach goals and maintain standards.
• Performing routine checks on team to ensure compliance and to ensure team is staying on track.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the process.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Monitoring timekeeping and attendance.
• Performing administrative duties as needed.

What will help you thrive in this role?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience (required)
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
• High regard for quality assurance
• Strong understanding of industry market and conditions
• Proficiency in related systems and software
