Job Description Tax Manager (Real Estate OR High-Net-Worth/Trusts) Compensation: $225,000-$250,000

We are seeking highly skilled professionals with strong academic backgrounds (UF, FSU, UM, or other top universities) and proven public accounting experience at the Big 4 or Top 100 CPA firms. Open Positions 1. Tax Manager - Real Estate (Level 1) Focus: Complex partnership taxation for commercial and residential rental properties (Form 1065).

Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ year at a Big 4 or Top 100 CPA firm
- At least 3 years working primarily with real estate owners/operators
- Strong experience with special allocations and multi-partner structures
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years as a Tax Manager
- Deep technical knowledge of HNW individual and fiduciary tax matters
Big 4 preferred; Top 100 CPA firms considered

- 6 weeks PTO (effectively 8-10 weeks with compressed work weeks)
- 1,550 minimum billable hours - one of the lowest in the industry
- Compressed schedule: finish Mon-Thurs, enjoy Friday off

- Profit sharing (approx. 50% of profits from clients you source)
