What You'll Do As a Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, personalized care that helps our residents live with dignity, independence, and purpose. Responsibilities include: * Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. * Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. * Encourage social engagement and participation in community activities. * Promote a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. * Work closely with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional resident care. Pennsylvania Direct Care Staff Certification (DCSC) * If you do not currently hold an active Pennsylvania CNA certification, you must obtain the Direct Care Staff Certification (DCSC) before your start date. * The DCSC training course and competency exam are completely FREE and can be completed before employment begins.
