Practical Nursing Instructor (Updated Salary)

Terms of Employment Per the Teacher CBA - $80,000-85,000 annually depending on education. General Description CiTi BOCES is seeking a Practical Nursing Instructor who will be responsible for student instruction for the Adult Education Practical Nursing Program. Primary Responsibilities Deliver theory instruction aligned with course outcomes; develop and maintain instructional materials. Assess student learning and provide timely, constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records. Support a safe, positive and professional learning environment. Collaborate with faculty via meetings, trainings, curriculum development sessions, and provide instructional recommendations and feedback. Participate in student advisement and academic support, offering guidance that promotes student success, program readiness, and professionalism. Deliver lab and clinical instruction, including pre‑ and post‑clinical discussions, as scheduled. Fulfill additional program needs as assigned, including providing classroom, lab or clinical coverage as appropriate. Timeframe 12‑month position Compensation Health benefits available. 14 paid federal holidays (per CBA), 14 vacation days, 3 personal days, 18 sick days annually. Candidates enrolled in MSN: compensation for MSN credit hours per CBA and approval. Qualifications Minimum 3 years as RN. RN with Nursing Education MSN.
