• 4 years of professional experience in a related field such as field service, technical operations, industrial maintenance, process automation, heavy manufacturing, prior military experience, development and/or reliability engineering
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time - up to 2 weeks away from home at once (VA, NC, TN)
• Ability to obtain multiple L3 certifications within 18 months
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math
• Experience in upgrading and migrating legacy control systems to new technology platforms without disrupting industrial processes

• Periodic communication with customers regarding technical and administrative issues
• Provide customer support on Honeywell Control Systems and serve as a customer contact for service-related issues and enquiries
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Honeywell hardware/software issues including Experion PKS and other DCS hardware/software such as LCN & TPS
• Upgrade Experion software from one release to another on live control systems without causing interruption to customer's industrial process
• Migrate legacy Honeywell control systems to Honeywell's new technology offerings
