This hands-on position is responsible for maintaining resort facilities, golf course amenities, recreational areas, food and beverage venues, and back-of-house operations.The ideal candidate is a skilled maintenance professional with experience in general building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and equipment maintenance. [simplyhired.com], [simplyhired.com]Key ResponsibilitiesFacility & Building MaintenancePerform routine maintenance and repairs involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, and flooring.Troubleshoot and repair building systems, equipment, fixtures, and appliances.Conduct regular inspections of resort facilities and identify maintenance needs before they impact operations.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, departments, and management.Support renovations, installations, and property improvement projects.Resort & Grounds MaintenanceMaintain the appearance and functionality of outdoor resort spaces, including walkways, common areas, recreational facilities, event spaces, and golf-related amenities.Perform pressure washing, minor landscaping, debris removal, and seasonal property preparations.Assist with storm preparation, emergency response, and post-weather recovery efforts.Ensure exterior areas remain safe, clean, and guest-ready at all times.
