Technology Transactions & Licensing Associate (Mid-Level) A leading global law firm is actively seeking a Technology Transactions & Licensing Associate (Mid-Level) with 3–5 years of experience to join its San Diego office. Position Overview The role offers the opportunity to work with innovative startups, growth‑stage companies, and global enterprises on high‑impact technology and licensing matters. Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate commercial and licensing agreements Advise on IP, technology transactions, cloud computing, AI/ML, software, and semiconductor matters Provide product counseling and regulatory advice (including CCPA, GDPR, and open‑source licenses) Assist with cross‑border transactions and international licensing Support IP aspects of M&A and financing transactions Ideal Candidate Profile 3–5 years of relevant law firm or in‑house experience Strong knowledge of intellectual property and commercial contract law Familiarity with data privacy regulations Excellent drafting and negotiation skills Technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Bioengineering) is a plus Ability to handle multiple client demands in a fast‑paced environment Location San Diego, California Compensation Base salary range: $240,000 – $280,000 Comprehensive benefits package and discretionary bonus eligibility To express interest, email Nick at View email address on click.appcast.io with a resume and deal sheet for confidential consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr TPO search
