The Campaign Specialist plays a key role in supporting retailer and CPG funded shopper marketing initiatives with company accounts utilizing our proprietary shelfAdz media solution. Scope and assignment will vary based on account opportunities, area of focus, and candidate background. Working autonomously with limited supervision, the Campaign Specialist regularly exercises independent judgment and discretion to ensure client business objectives and schedules are met through proactive planning and thorough project management, delivering an exceptional client experience. The Campaign Specialist may serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide day-to-day client relationship management, providing solutions for questions or issues raised by clients and internal partners, maintaining strong relationships, and identifying process improvement opportunities across all areas of responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Independently manage and own all assigned duties for one or more client accounts and areas of focus, working closely with cross-functional sales, client service, programming, IT, creative, delivery, and production teams.
• Build strong relationships with process owners across all functional areas between the client and Avery Dennison.
• Plan, organize, and manage project timelines to completion in a timely manner, communicating clear and realistic expectations with internal and external cross-functional team members to ensure error-free deliverables.
• Evaluate and independently determine when to escalate concerns, providing recommended resolutions to Senior Sales Support and Sales Operations management in a timely manner.
• Use independent decision-making to identify inefficiencies or inaccuracies in business processes, measuring performance against process requirements, service level agreements, and quality goals to provide best practice recommendations.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; or equivalent related business experience and/or training required in lieu of a degree (23 years of related business experience preferred; previous media/retail promotions industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills with the ability to participate in and effectively present information to clients, employees, and management.
• Strong ability to work independently, exhibit analytical skills, effectively problem-solve, and maintain high organization with minimal supervision in a remote work environment.
• High service-level orientation, outstanding attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure while remaining calm in high-stress situations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications including Google Suite and MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with CRM experience considered a plus.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $48,900 - $65,930 / year. The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and in some circumstances may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate's relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool.
