Cnslt to join our team in Montpelier, Vermont (US-VT), United States (US).Design, develop, implement, and manage enterprise-grade monitoring solutions using New Relic to ensure optimal system performance, high availability, and reliable data communication across infrastructure and applications.Perform advanced performance monitoring and analysis of distributed systems by identifying anomalies, latency issues, and application-level bottlenecks using telemetry data, logs, traces, and performance metrics.Collaborate with clients, system owners, and architecture teams to gather monitoring requirements, optimize observability architectures, and provide actionable technical recommendations for system and application improvements.Integrate monitoring capabilities across servers, applications, APIs, and network devices to deliver end-to-end visibility and maintain operational continuity in on-prem, data center, and hybrid cloud environments.Prepare and deliver detailed technical reports, diagnostics, and performance assessments, ensuring system behavior, communication flows, and monitoring configurations comply with engineering standards for reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.Implement performance monitoring configurations by defining threshold limits for CPU, memory, disk, and network utilization, enabling proactive fault detection through automated alerts and notifications.Design, configure, and maintain New Relic dashboards to analyze infrastructure health, application performance, and network communication patterns for distributed computing environments.Integrate centralized log management by configuring Rsyslog with New Relic using UDP 514 to collect syslogs from enterprise hardware and platforms such as iLO, iDRAC, vCenter, and network/security devices, enabling faster issue detection and root-cause analysis.Develop and maintain synthetic monitoring scripts using protocols to validate application availability, detect failures, trigger alerts, and prevent outages through proactive monitoring.Develop automation scripts using Windows PowerShell to standardize installation, configuration, and upgrades of New Relic Infrastructure and APM agents across server and application environments.Troubleshoot and resolve New Relic Infrastructure and APM agent issues, ensuring reliable data transmission, accurate metric collection, and uninterrupted monitoring coverage.Create and manage dashboards, alerts, reports, and custom apps within New Relic to support operational, performance, and business monitoring needs across multiple teams.Perform advanced data analysis and troubleshooting using New Relic Query Language (NRQL) to support operational insights, security investigations, and performance optimization initiatives.Configure and manage custom instrumentation, data inputs, attributes, and log ingestion to enhance observability for both application and infrastructure monitoring.Implement and optimize monitoring configurations, data retention policies, and alerting strategies to reduce noise, minimize false positives, and improve overall system visibility and operational effectiveness.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
