Vaccine Sales Innovation Analyst

Vaccine Sales Innovation Analyst Based out of our US - Quincy, IL - Office (MNNS) site. Compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. This role is essential to our North America customer team. We are hiring a Vaccine Sales Innovation Analyst for swine, poultry, beef, and dairy sectors. Key Responsibilities Process Analysis: Evaluate current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and map processes to find opportunities for efficiency improvements. Data Analysis & KPIs: Gather and analyze data to measure process performance. Solution Development: Propose practical solutions including process redesign, automation, and technological enhancements. Change Management: Lead initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders, fostering buy‑in, and implementing changes across departments. Documentation & Training: Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs). Accurately process and manage production and shipping order submissions and special requests. Answer questions on purchase orders from vaccine customers. Build trusting relationships with customers to ensure Phibro is the preferred partner. Maintain an active relationship with species field teams to ensure customer needs are met. Monitor inventory and schedule recurring shipping orders. Customer communication. Work with appropriate Phibro team members to create, track and facilitate completion of isolate extension paperwork and case reports. Support non‑adjacent address approval process. Minimum of 3 years of customer service or sales experience. Assessing and understanding people; strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask & manage time with good attention to detail. Willing to travel on occasion.
