Talent Manager — Commission-Only (Transition to Base + Commission) About Honest Influence: Honest Influence is a fast-growing influencer marketing agency connecting creators with brands that matter. We're all about transparency, performance, and building partnerships that actually work. As a small and scrappy startup, we're moving fast — and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a bit of chaos. Position Overview: You'll sign creators, pitch brands, close deals, and manage relationships. You'll build your own roster from scratch using our systems and tools. This is commission-only for the first 3 months. After that, if you're performing well, we transition you to base salary + commission. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a startup and take real ownership from day one.
