Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Starting pay is $32 / hour! We have TWO full-time positions offering a 12-hour shift of 6pm-6am, and ONE full-time position offering a 12-hour shift of 6am-6pm! Every other weekend is required!

Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia or behavioral health conditions, and a willingness to work with the elderly population is essential for this role.

Your Superpower

The ability to create meaningful moments and provide exceptional care in a warm, resident-focused environment. Our LPNs play a crucial role in supporting residents' health, comfort, and dignity every day, which may include:

• Taking an active role in resident assessments, development of service plans and daily care.
• Overseeing and implementing the self-administered medication management program for residents.
• Administering medication and/or treatment to residents in accordance with physician orders.
• Documenting and reporting care provided and resident observations.
• Providing emotional support, physical comfort and ensuring ongoing safety of residents.

Your Super Skills

• A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) designation as granted by State Board of Nursing.
• Continuing education credits as required by state.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
