Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process supporting assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL

Pay Range: 21.63

Shift: Third Shift (10pm to 6:30am, Monday night through Saturday morning)

What's the Job?

• Perform assembly, test, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products according to prescribed quality and production standards.
• Utilize visual aids, written, and verbal instructions to manufacture products accurately.
• Move parts and materials efficiently to maintain smooth workflow.
• Rotate between different operations within work cells and departments as needed.
• Maintain proper records of work activities and notify supervisors of any process deviations.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in assembly or related manufacturing environments.
• Dependable transportation to ensure punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, good attitude, and ability to follow directions.
