Graphic Design Intern

Position Overview Tampa Bay Sun FC is Tampa Bay's only professional women's soccer club, based in the historic Ybor City district. The club is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to assist in producing visual content across digital, print, social media, and matchday platforms. This position provides hands‑on experience in a professional sports environment while contributing to projects that support marketing, communications, partnerships, ticket sales, and fan engagement. Internship Details In‑person, Tampa, Florida (No remote opportunity) Fall semester with opportunity to extend to spring Unpaid; internship is eligible for college credit. A stipend will be provided for hours worked beyond required academic credit hours. Responsibilities Design graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, print, videoboard, merchandise, etc. Assist with matchday and event creative needs. Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials. Organize and manage creative assets, including photo, video, and design files. Collaborate with various departments to fulfill creative requests. Assist with special projects as assigned. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other creative software is a plus. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and branding. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to receive and implement creative feedback in a collaborative environment. What You’ll Gain Experience working within a professional sports organization.
