What You'll Do Create fun, hands-on learning experiences that spark curiosity. Foster children's social, emotional, language, and cognitive development. Build meaningful relationships with children and their families. Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment. Work collaboratively with your teaching team to provide exceptional care and education. Celebrate milestones—big and small—with every child. Qualifications Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education required . Previous experience working in a licensed daycare or childcare center. Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
