Job Summary:
The healthcare provider in Apple Valley, California is seeking a qualified CT Technologist for an upcoming assignment. This position involves operating computed tomography (CT) scanners within a busy acute care hospital setting. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts and provides an opportunity to contribute to high-volume emergency and outpatient services.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 08/11/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) for CT and Radiography (ARRT R), Basic Life Support (BLS), CaliforniaCRT license, at least 1 year of experience, and the ability to work in the United States.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-volume emergency department imaging, knowledge of contrast administration, and familiarity with Toshiba Aquilion and GE Lightspeed CT scanners.
• Additional Information: The assignment is in a very busy department, primarily serving emergency department patients with some outpatient cases. The hospital is a high-volume primary stroke receiving center. The technologist will assist with various patient diagnoses and procedures using advanced imaging equipment. Candidates must be open to working all shift times, with no specific shift request accommodated. The assignment requires working 3 of the 5 designated holidays. Candidates may be expected to float between nearby sister facilities as needed. All scheduling requests must be included during submission; post-acceptance RTO requests are unlikely to be considered.
