Front Office Dental Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Wednesday | 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

opportunity for more hours Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Fridays 8:00am - 12:00pm

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate  Front Office Dental Coordinator to join our high-production, patient-focused practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping patients achieve life-changing smiles, we'd love to meet you.

Our practice provides comprehensive dental care, including:

• General Dentistry
• Oral Surgery
• Comprehensive Restorative Dentistry
• Full-Arch Implant Rehabilitation (All-on-X)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check patients in and out
• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
• Coordinate treatment plans and present financial options
• Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient provider schedule
• Communicate professionally with patients regarding treatment and financial arrangements
• Work collaboratively with our clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a high-production dental practice is required
• Experience with treatment coordinating and case presentation preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefits
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification is a plus
