LTC Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Travel/Local Contract LTC Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week assignment in or near Warren, Minnesota. Provide high-quality nursing care during evening and night shifts in a long-term care facility. Opportunity includes competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during evening and night shifts
• Assist with medication administration, wound care, and routine health assessments
• Monitor residents' health status, report changes to the supervising nurse, and document care accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and healthcare regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in Minnesota
• CPR certification
• Mandated Reporter Training (if applicable)
• Minimum 1 year LPN experience in long-term care settings
• Ability to work evenings or nights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• First Aid certification
• Prior experience working evening or night shifts
