Registered Nurse NICU

$1958.40/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU environment, ensuring safe and effective treatment during night shifts. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care and support families. Responsibilities: Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately for neonatal patients. Monitor vital signs, patient status, and respond promptly to changes. Attend deliveries, including C-sections, and provide immediate neonatal care. Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress using Meditech system. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans. Adhere to hospital policies, dress code, and infection control standards. Qualifications: Valid Texas RN license; temporary licenses not accepted. Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a Level III NICU. Certification in BLS and NRP required. Demonstrated ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Neonatal equipment such as BCPAP and HFNC preferred. Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
