Everhome is seeking a compassionate RN to join our Home Health team in Hartland, MI on a PRN basis. This role offers independence, flexibility, and meaningful one-on-one patient care in the home setting. You will perform skilled nursing visits, admissions, and recertifications, while educating patients and caregivers to promote safety and independence.
