Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Canton, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. If you have a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for maintaining machinery, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
