Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing staff to connect with clients via phone or video calls. The full-time schedule runs from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. While the work is conducted predominantly online, you will have access to a supportive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ conditions, gathering relevant information to guide treatment decisions.

  • Provide direct support through active listening and empathetic engagement, helping clients navigate their emotional distress.

  • Facilitate crisis interventions, utilizing your knowledge of crisis management strategies to stabilize clients in urgent situations.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with organizational policies and legal regulations.

  • Refer clients to external agencies and services that offer specialized support, ensuring they have access to all necessary resources.

  • Engage with clients through both telephonic and in-person means as needed, participating in discussions that encourage their involvement in beneficial activities.

  • Stay proactive in monitoring cases, ensuring awareness of potential signs of child abuse among vulnerable populations.

  • Participate in regular training and supervision sessions to enhance professional skills and integrate new practices into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on supporting individuals affected by severe social challenges, such as child neglect and abuse, domestic violence, and mental health crises. You will work with clients from various backgrounds within our hospice care framework, providing opportunities for an impactful therapeutic relationship that influences positive outcomes in their lives.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's degree in clinical social work, psychology, or a closely related field.

  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  • Proficiency in documentation and utilizing technology for client management purposes, including Microsoft Office tools.

  • A valid driver’s license is preferred, as some client interactions may require in-person visits.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn monthly productivity bonuses to reward your hard work.
