Job Title Associate Principal - Architecture Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Guidewire BillingCenter Architect to lead solution design and architecture for complex insurance implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter configurations, integration patterns, and end‑to‑end solution architecture for P&C insurance platforms. Key Responsibilities Define and own the overall architecture for Guidewire BillingCenter implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with best practices. Lead and guide teams in configuring BillingCenter modules, including product model, rating forms, and workflows. Architect and oversee integrations between BillingCenter and external systems such as billing, claims, and third‑party services. Establish coding standards, design patterns, and review processes for development teams. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure system performance, security, and reliability through proactive design and tuning. Required Skills and Experience 12 to 15 years of experience in IT with strong expertise in the insurance domain and enterprise application architecture; minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience with Guidewire BillingCenter. Deep knowledge of BillingCenter configuration and a strong understanding of Guidewire integration frameworks, GOSU, SOAP/REST APIs, and messaging. Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions. Guidewire Certified Architect or equivalent certification preferred. Variable Compensation This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.
