Job Title: Parts Coordinator / Delivery Driver

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

DRIVING: 20 Ft box truck

Summary Deliver parts needed for repairs, coordinate with the Service/Purchasing Department to purchase the needed parts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Review each service order for correct parts.
• Gather parts needed for service work order.
• Track and return items that are defective to vendors for a refund.
• File completed work orders and returned vendor paperwork.
• Very heavy lifting - up to 70 lbs
• Occasional overnights REQUIRED
• Out of state travel weekly

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in fast paced environment.
• Manufactured housing industry experience desired
• High School Graduate or equivalent training or experience.
• Must have Valid Drivers license NON - CDL 
• Must possess a Valid DOT medical card
• Must pass background & driving history check
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee will be working at a rapid pace within the production line. The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee may be exposed to high, precarious places and fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
