You’ll support the doctor chairside, maintain high standards of sterilization, and create a patient experience defined by clarity and kindness. Key Responsibilities Prepare rooms, instruments, and materials for each procedure Assist chairside for restorative and surgical treatments Take and process digital X-rays Maintain strict infection control standards Chart accurately in Open Dental Support lab cases, patient flow, and occasional front-office needs Qualifications Graduate of an accredited assisting program CPR/BLS and radiology certification 1+ year assisting experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and teamwork Tech‑savvy and calm in a fast‑paced environment What Success Looks Like Procedures start on time and run efficiently Rooms and instruments stay prepared and compliant Charting is accurate and timely Patients feel informed and cared for The doctor and team feel supported throughout the day Collaboration Participate in huddles and team meetings Coordinate with clinical and front office teams Share ideas that improve efficiency and patient care Peak Dental Core Values Excellence — Bring your best, refine daily, and take pride in your craft.
