Hartford Healthcare seeks a Nurse Educator for Emergency Departments to lead clinical education, onboarding, and competency development for ED nursing staff. In this role, you will assess learning needs, design and deliver evidence-based education, simulations, and skills labs, and support new graduate and experienced nurses. You will collaborate with nursing leadership to advance quality, safety, and best practices in a fast-paced environment, while mentoring staff and supporting continuous professional development across our network of hospitals.
