Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Requirements Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE Must have graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year's experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or proactively in the process of obtaining current state licensure. Current CPR certification. Other requirements to be determined by our client facility. Duties & Responsibilities The Physical Therapist / PT is responsible for the assessment of referred patients that require rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. The PT will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician, set realistic and achievable goals, document the patient's condition, and educate patients and families. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
