This role includes performing assessments, administering medications, and creating care plans tailored to patients' needs. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. A commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant environment is required. An understanding of current healthcare practices and technologies is essential. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Compliance with all health and safety regulations is mandatory. The Registered Nurse will also support and educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and wellness strategies.
