How you’ll make an impact in this role Perform procedures by positioning patients and selecting technical parameters. Evaluate images for technical accuracy and submit data and history to PACS. Provide patient education and procedure explanations. Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety guidelines and MQSA/ACR standards. Monitor and troubleshoot equipment to ensure zero downtime in imaging services. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Mammography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. General Radiography is also required in addition to any specialty. Education High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
