Parts Manager

Job Description The Parts Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and the profitability of the Parts Department. This individual will motivate and lead all parts team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The annual salary range for this position is: $90,000 to $110,000. This is an exempt position and is not eligible for overtime pay. Bachelor's degree preferred and/or 5+ years of industry experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous supervisory or management experience Inventory management and sales experience Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel) NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB: Requires prolonged sitting with periodic lifting, walking, standing, bending, stooping, and stretching.
