About Star Nursery: Established in 1983, Star Nursery is looking to hire qualified, skilled, motivated employees who take pride in performing their job in a professional, safe and timely manner. Have a valid NV driver’s license (Class A CDL is a plus) No current driving record suspension or revocation Complete a Pre-employment drug screening Pass a Pre-employment background check Have reliable personal transportation Ability to lift, push and/or pull at least 50 lbs. Ability to sit for long periods of time, stand, bend, kneel and/or climb. Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions Ability to read job orders, diagnose vehicles and determine malfunctions and plan work procedures. We are looking for a skilled, dependable and hard-working mechanic with at least 2 years of the following experience: Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting Brakes Cooling system ABS system Electrical Drive-train repair and replacement Tire service and repair HVAC System Hydraulic system Tarp assembly Installation and Diagnostic of ELD devices Test drive equipment (based on having a CDL license) Qualifications Skills Preferred Safety Compliance Expert DOT Inspections Advanced Fabricating / Welding Intermediate Preventative Maintenance Advanced Intermediate Expert Behaviors : Motivations : Education Experience Licenses & Certifications Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
