Job Title

Role Descriptions: Write user stories from high level software requirements with enough technical depth to support engineering design, implementation, testing, and delivery. Translate business processes and operational needs into clear functional requirements, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and workflow definitions. Partner with technical teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and reduce ambiguity before development begins. Maintain and organize work items in Jira or a similar development management tool, including requirements, stories, defects, dependencies, and status updates. Support lead management and related business process discussions, including intake, routing, tracking, reporting, and operational handoffs. Contribute to work involving Salesforce or adjacent CRM workflows, especially where platform behavior, data flow, or process definition must be documented. Work effectively with distributed teams, with a preference for candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones to support collaboration.
