Assistant Property Manager

Support the Property Manager in the efficient operation of senior affordable housing communities Manage daily administrative tasks and assist residents Assist with day-to-day property operations Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests Assist in leasing activities, including showing units, processing applications, and conducting background checks Help manage rent collections, enforce lease terms, and address delinquencies Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, financial transactions, and property maintenance Coordinate with maintenance staff to complete work orders promptly Ensure compliance with HUD,
