Please note this role does require commuting to our three practice locations in Clarkston, Oxford and Davison.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Create a Memorable First Impression: Greet new patients, provide a friendly tour of the clinic, and gather essential medical and dental information to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Capture High-Quality Diagnostic Records: Take digital x-rays, intraoral and extraoral photos, scans, and wax bite registrations to support accurate treatment planning.
• Support Ongoing Patient Care: Prepare and maintain records for existing patients, and ensure all materials are ready for lab submission or internal use.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Records Room: Restock supplies, disinfect equipment, and prepare deband kits, diplomas, and wax bites to keep the space efficient and welcoming.
• Collaborate with the Team: Participate in staff meetings, assist with tasks assigned by the orthodontist, and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented environment built on trust and cooperation.
