Job Details Job Ref: 90492 Location: Newcastle, Tyne and Wear Employment Type: Permanent Salary: £25,000 - £34,000 Per Annum We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a growing and supportive wealth management business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and client relationship skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Working closely with Advisors, Paraplanners and clients, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience throughout the advice process. Key Responsibilities Supporting Advisors with diaries, queries, requests and ongoing client servicing Processing new business and ongoing administration across pensions, investments and protection Preparing cases and documentation ahead of paraplanning Producing meeting packs and gathering information for annual reviews Following internal workflows and maintaining accurate records via XPLAN Liaising with internal departments and external providers Attending operational meetings and supporting wider business processes About You Previous experience within Wealth Management, Financial Planning or Financial Services administration Strong organisational and communication skills Confident managing multiple tasks and working collaboratively across teams Passionate about delivering excellent client service Experience using XPLAN would be advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr Eden Rose
