Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orlando, FL, for a Benefits Advisor. The Benefits Advisor will assist employees in navigating and understanding their healthcare and benefits options. Responsibilities include providing guidance on voluntary benefits, conducting employee training sessions, contributing to enrollment processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Benefits Advisor will collaborate closely with HR teams and ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge to optimize their healthcare decisions effectively.
