A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:* 5+ years of investment banking experience or MBA degree and 3+ years of investment banking or closely related experience* Meaningful M&A transaction experience required* Ability to lead junior bankers throughout a transaction; includes reviewing work, setting expectations and providing constructive feedback* Business writing skills, including the ability to write compelling selling memorandums and presentations* Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling* Client management skills* Ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders* Exceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative and leadership potentialAs a leading investment bank, we enable growth and success for our clients through deep sector expertise, candid advice and a differentiated, highly productive culture.Our investment banking clients have access to unparalleled guidance through our deep product and sector expertise and ready access to global capital. Placement is dependent upon level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation.
